In my Integrated Marketing Communications class, our group partnered with Chia Leah, a local business seeking innovative strategies to enhance its market presence. As a team, we developed a comprehensive marketing plan focused on expanding awareness and outreach, particularly within the vibrant Northwestern University athletics community. Our vision for Chia Leah was to elevate the brand through a strategic partnership with NU Athletics, aiming to increase wholesale revenue and captivate a younger customer demographic. By integrating QR code tokens into the products, we created an interactive experience that promoted ingredient transparency and engaged customers with collectible rewards, fostering brand loyalty and a sense of community.
Our proposed next steps included bolstering Chia Leah's social media presence and reimagining the website's user interface to optimize customer engagement. We projected that these enhancements would not only boost visibility but also streamline the user journey, making it more inviting and intuitive. Our efforts culminated in recognition from the CEO of Chia Leah, who lauded our project as the most feasible and innovative solution. This experience showcased my creative thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team to develop actionable marketing strategies that align with business objectives and consumer expectations.
